A payment per completed donation, a first-month bonus and an annual estimate are different things. Confirm the current written offer with the specific centre.
Introductory offers
A headline total may require multiple successful visits within a stated period. Ask how many visits qualify, when payments arrive and what happens if you cannot complete the programme.
Yearly figures
Do not treat an annual estimate as guaranteed income. It depends on ongoing eligibility, completed donations, compensation terms and possible interruptions. Discuss donation frequency with the provider, rather than planning around an earnings target.

CSL Plasma
CSL says compensation varies by location and promotions. Its US border-programme page currently gives differing first-month figures in its headline and FAQ, so confirm the centre’s terms before relying on an amount.

A few helpful distinctions.
Are blood donation and paid plasma donation the same?
No. Different organisations collect different blood components for different purposes. Do not assume that a blood-donation appointment includes payment, or that a commercial plasma programme has the same process as a blood drive. Confirm with the chosen provider.
Can you tell me whether I’m eligible?
No. The collection provider’s screening team makes that decision. We help find location information; please discuss health questions directly with the provider or your clinician. Do not submit medical details through our form.
Is compensation guaranteed?
No. Payment, where offered, depends on the programme, centre, eligibility and completed qualifying donations. Introductory offers may cover several visits. Ask the centre for current written terms rather than treating a first-month promotion as a per-donation payment.
What happens after I send my details?
Your location request is stored privately and sent to Allastair Voss for review. We use your name and email to follow up with potential locations or a clarification question. An inquiry is not an appointment or a promise that a centre is available in your city.
Can I request help if my city isn’t listed?
Yes. Enter any North American city or town in the form. The city directory covers places with at least 50,000 recorded residents and national capitals in the GeoNames dataset; the request form also accepts smaller communities.
