The location form collects your name, email, city, local code, country and selected donation interest so we can look for places and respond.
Who receives it
Your request is stored in a private hosting folder and emailed to Allastair Voss through the private inquiry system. It may include relevant directory links to support the reply. We do not publish your request, contact donation centres on your behalf, or enrol you in marketing through this form.
Please do not submit medical information, identity documents or payment details. Our form does not determine eligibility or book an appointment.
Retention and choices
The website copy is retained for up to 90 days. Copies in the recipient’s email account remain until deleted there. For access, correction or deletion, contact the contact form.
A temporary security cookie protects the form. A hashed connection address is used for rate-limiting. Existing first-party analytics record page visits separately from your request.
