PlasmaDonate.org is an independent directory and location request service in the Bremo owner network. We are not a collection centre, healthcare provider or appointment service.
What the homepage form collects
Your email and selected city, region and country. If you use manual entry, we save the location exactly as you enter it. We also record a request reference, time, consent version and delivery status. Please do not enter medical details, identity documents, payment information or a street address.
By pressing Donate plasma, you request information about donation options and permit us to use your city and email to respond to that request. This does not sign you up for marketing, sell your details, assess eligibility or book a donation.
Where your request goes
Requests are stored outside the public website in a private database on our DreamHost server in the United States. A copy is saved directly into the PlasmaDonate/Leads folder of our owner-operated Gmail account, plasmadonatecanada@gmail.com. DreamHost and Google process this information to provide hosting and email services. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country.
Our operator reviews requests and prepares responses. We do not automatically email you, forward your information to a donation centre, or publish your details. Coverage and response times vary. You can browse the directory without submitting an email.
Retention and your choices
The private website database removes requests after 90 days. Gmail copies remain until the operator deletes them. Private deployment backups may retain earlier records until those backups expire or are removed.
For access, correction or deletion, email plasmadonatecanada@gmail.com from the address you used, quoting your request reference if available. We will review the request and remove applicable website and mailbox copies. You can ask us to stop responding at any time.
Security and city suggestions
A temporary session cookie protects submissions. We keep a keyed hash of the connection address for up to 24 hours to limit abuse. City searches are processed on our server using a local GeoNames dataset; they do not send your email to a geocoding service. Our hosting provider may retain ordinary access and security logs under its hosting practices. Other directory pages may use first-party traffic measurement.
Autocomplete identifies places, not donation centre availability. City data comes from GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0. We downloaded the cities1000 dataset on November 1, 2026 and normalised names for searching. The dataset is provided as is and may omit small settlements.
Forms on older directory pages
Some directory pages still offer the earlier location request form, which also asks for a name, country, local code and donation interest. Those forms now route to the same private database and Gmail lead folder, retaining only the location and email from their extra fields. Requests submitted before this update remain in the earlier private inquiry system for operator review. They are not donor referrals or marketing opt-ins. The same privacy contact can handle requests about those records.
No form establishes eligibility, payment, a referral agreement or a confirmed appointment. Donation centres confirm their own requirements and availability.
